The Conshohocken Ridge Corporate Center has a 55% vacancy rate. That’s almost 100,000 square-feet of unused space that used to be leased by businesses from all industries. Many commercial spaces across southeastern Pennsylvania remain unoccupied in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic. Plymouth Township has an opportunity to transform a once thriving campus into a new live, work and play community – realizing many benefits for the township and local school district.
